Due to the nature of handmade, limited, or physical media, slight variations in colour, packaging, or finish may occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Packaging &amp; safe delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We take great care to ensure records arrive safely and use strong, plastic-free, recycled packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact <strong><a>help@steppas.com<\/a><\/strong> with your order number and photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund \u2014 no fuss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. EU shipping &amp; Brexit (IOSS)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We ship to the EU using <strong>IOSS<\/strong> for orders under \u20ac150.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders under \u20ac150: VAT is collected at checkout, no customs charges on delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders over \u20ac150: VAT and handling fees may be charged by your local courier on import.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers may choose to split orders to remain under the \u20ac150 threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Returns &amp; refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faulty or incorrect items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is a problem with your order (damaged, faulty, wrong or missing item), contact us at <strong><a>help@steppas.com<\/a><\/strong>. Please include your order number and photos if relevant. We will refund or replace the item, including reasonable return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change of mind<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their <strong>original, unbroken packaging<\/strong> within <strong>30 days of receipt<\/strong> for a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be unused and in resaleable condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original packaging must not be damaged or broken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping is the customer\u2019s responsibility unless the item is faulty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are processed within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receiving and inspecting the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
