These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through steppas.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Products

We sell physical products including vinyl records, CDs, and merchandise.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of handmade, limited, or physical media, slight variations in colour, packaging, or finish may occur.

3. Pricing & availability

  • All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices and availability may change at any time.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

4. Orders & payment

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email.

We accept:

  • PayPal
  • Major credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay and mobile wallets via Stripe

Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store card information.

5. Shipping & delivery

Dispatch times

  • Vinyl & CDs: usually dispatched within 2–5 working days
  • Merch: printed on demand and may take an additional 5–10 days

Estimated delivery times

  • UK: 5–10 working days
  • Europe: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of world: 10–28 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, or seasonal delays.

6. Packaging & safe delivery

We take great care to ensure records arrive safely and use strong, plastic-free, recycled packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact help@steppas.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund — no fuss.

7. EU shipping & Brexit (IOSS)

We ship to the EU using IOSS for orders under €150.

  • Orders under €150: VAT is collected at checkout, no customs charges on delivery.
  • Orders over €150: VAT and handling fees may be charged by your local courier on import.

Customers may choose to split orders to remain under the €150 threshold.

8. Returns & refunds

Faulty or incorrect items

If there is a problem with your order (damaged, faulty, wrong or missing item), contact us at help@steppas.com. Please include your order number and photos if relevant. We will refund or replace the item, including reasonable return shipping costs.

Change of mind

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original, unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in resaleable condition
  • Original packaging must not be damaged or broken
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the return.

9. Right to cancel (UK & EU customers)

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exception applies (for example, sealed audio media that has been opened).

To cancel, contact help@steppas.com with your order details.

10. Merch care

Our merch is hand-printed using ecological inks on organic, fair-trade garments.

Care instructions:

  • Wash at 30°C
  • Iron inside out
  • Do not tumble dry

Improper care may affect print longevity and is not considered a fault.

11. Wholesale & distribution

Some products are available for wholesale.

12. Intellectual property

All music, artwork, logos, text, and imagery on this website remain the intellectual property of Steppas Ltd and/or the relevant artists. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steppas Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, except where required by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
