We ship worldwide and guarantee safe delivery and satisfaction – or your money back.
Packaging
We’ve been sending vinyl around the world for over 15 years and take great care to ensure your prized records arrive safely. We use extra-strong vinyl mailers with sturdy construction and reinforced edges to protect your order in transit.
All our packaging is made from 100% recycled, heavy-duty corrugated card, 100% plastic-free, and zero-carbon.
In the unlikely event that your records arrive damaged, simply contact us and we’ll send a replacement – no fuss.
Delivery Times
Vinyl & CDs
Orders received before 12pm GMT are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- UK: 5–10 working days
- Europe: 7–14 working days
- Rest of the world: 10–28 days
All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class (UK) or Royal Mail International Standard (ROW), unless requested otherwise.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. If you require tracking or signed-for delivery, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.
Merch
Our merch is hand-printed on demand with great care, using handmade silk screens and ecological inks on high-quality organic cotton fair trade garments. Items are shipped directly from our printer. Please allow an additional 5–10 days for delivery on average.
Care note: Wash at 30°C, iron inside out, and do not tumble dry.
🇪🇺 Brexit / EU Shipping (IOSS)
Good news! We ship to the EU via IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop). This means that any applicable VAT is included at checkout, so there are no surprise customs fees or delivery delays when your order arrives.
Please note that EU customs regulations impose a €150 (approx. £130) limit.
Orders under €150:
VAT is collected at checkout. No extra charges or delays.
Orders over €150 (excluding shipping & tax):
You have two options:
- Pay VAT on import
You won’t pay VAT at checkout, but VAT and a handling fee will be charged by your local courier before or upon delivery. - Split your order
You can place two separate orders, each under €150, so VAT is handled at checkout and customs fees are avoided.

Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, China UnionPay, JCB, Cartes Bancaires, and Interac. We also accept Apple Pay and mobile wallets via Stripe.
